The Brewhouse

The wort goes from the Lauter Tun through the Wort Transfer Station and is returned to the Lauter Tun until it is clear. This recirculation is called “Vorlauf.” Once it is clear we move it into the Brew Kettle.

Then we take the spent grain from the Lauter Tun and feed it to the cattle. It’s high in protien and the cattle love it.
