1. Eligibility: No Purchase Necessary to Enter. Sweepstakes is open only to all legal residents of the United States of America who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of their entry, currently living in the United States and have a valid passport for international travel, and who strictly comply with the Official Rules. Sweepstakes begins APRIL 28, 2008 at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends June 15, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. Awarding and receipt of prizes subject to these complete Official Rules. Employees and officers and directors of Spoetzl Brewery, Inc. ("Sponsor") and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, distributors, retailers, advertising and production agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible. By entering sweepstakes, all participants or entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Sponsor. All decisions by Sponsor shall be final. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void in California and where prohibited by law. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER.

2. How to Enter. To enter go to www.shiner.com. Enter by typing complete and correct name, home address, date of birth, and e-mail address. Limit of one entry per day per person or e-mail address. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on June 15, 2008.

3. Prizes/Odds: The Prize Winners will be drawn at random on or about June 16, 2008 by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding with regard to this sweepstakes, from among eligible entries received. GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for winner and one (1) guest on the Big Music Cruise with Stoney LaRue and others. Grand Prize winner's guest must be 21 years of age or older. The cruise ship departs from Galveston, Texas on July 17, 2008 and returns July 21, 2008. Grand Prize includes coach air transportation to and from Houston, Texas (if necessary), transportation between Tremont Hotel and Houston Airport, one night stay at the Tremont Hotel in Galveston, Texas on July 16, 2008, and the Big Music Cruise concert on July 16 at the Tremont Hotel in Galveston, Texas. The Grand Prize also includes food, beverages and activities that are part of the Big Music Cruise as described at www.thebigmusiccruise.com. The Grand Prize does not include any cruise excursions or activities not a part of the Big Music Cruise. All other expenses not expressly included above are winner's responsibility. SECOND PRIZE: Ten (10) Second Prize winners will receive the new Stoney LaRue compact disc to be released in Summer 2008. Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize is $4,500.00 and approximate retail value of each Second Prize is $15.00.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. There shall be no substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

4. Winner Notification/Prize Restrictions: Winner will be notified by e-mail and by U.S. mail and will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within five (5) days of notification. Grand Prize winner's guest will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (except where prohibited). Grand Prize winner and guest must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid passport for international travel. If prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Failure to return affidavit may result in the prize being awarded to an alternate winner. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes his/her e-mail or home address prior to the selection of winner. Winner's name will be posted on www.shiner.com. All entrants, by the submission of their entry, shall be deemed to have represented to Sponsor that they are at least 21 years of age as of the day of entry. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the "authorized account holder," person in whose name the e-mail account is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria set forth in the Eligibility section of these Official Rules. "Authorized Holder" shall mean the natural person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any attempt to defraud or misrepresent the age, name or address by an entrant may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Miscellaneous: Entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, photograph, address (City & State) for promotional and publicity purposes. All entrants release Spoetzl Brewery, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates, its advertising and sales promotion agencies and agents, their respective employees, directors and officers, and all others associated with the development and execution of this promotion from any and all liability for personal, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this promotion or acceptance or use of the prize. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Taxes, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for lost, illegible, incomplete or indecipherable entries; or for errors due to computer malfunctions, software errors, transmission problems, or interruptions in operations; or for late, lost, misdirected, or postage due, or processed late, mail.

6. Termination: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes due to mistakes, errors, or omissions by Sponsor, or should it be compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, without any compensation or liability whatsoever to any entrant.

7. Winner's List: Winner's name will be posted on www.shiner.com for a period of 30 days following the drawing.
