The tent camping sites are SOLD OUT and we have fewer than 30 RV sites, which will be available on a first-come, first-served walk-up basis beginning at 12 noon on Friday, October 13th. SHINER BOCKTOBERFEST CAMPING
Green Dickson Park will open for camping on Friday, October 13, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. and close on Sunday, October 15, 2006 at 12:00 P.M. (noon). It is not required to reserve a campsite to attend the Shiner Bocktoberfest concert—it is offered as a convenience and is available only to Shiner Bocktoberfest concert patrons. Overnight parking is not allowed. For this reason, you must show proof of Shiner Bocktoberfest concert ticket purchase (hard tickets or ticket confirmation receipt) for each person in your party at check-in. GENERAL CAMPING DETAILS
Two types of campsites are available for rent: Tent Camping Sites and RV, Van & Pop-up Camping Sites. All sites are primitive. Electricity, water hook-ups and dump stations are NOT available. Restrooms and a limited number of sinks will be available. Campers may go in & out of the campgrounds—wristbands and vehicle tags will be checked each time you enter the campgrounds.
Tent Camping Sites are 20' x 20'. Rental of each site includes one (1) vehicle parking pass and four (4) camping wristbands. If you wish to have more than four (4) campers on your site, a maximum of two (2) additional wristbands can be purchased for $5 each. You may not park your vehicle on or at your campsite. All vehicles must park in the designated area on the campgrounds, which is a very short distance from your campsite. It is permissible to have more than one tent on one (1) campsite IF they fit within the 20' x 20' area. If any of the tents extend outside of your campsite however, they must be dismantled or a second campsite will need to be purchased.
RV, Van & Pop-up Camping Sites are also available. Rental of each site allows parking on your site for ONE (1) of the following: an RV, van or pop-up camper with a tow vehicle. Additional vehicles may park in the designated area on the campgrounds, which is a very short distance from your campsite, for an additional charge of $5 per vehicle. Rental of this site also includes four (4) camping wristbands. If you wish to have more than four (4) campers on your site, a maximum of two (2) additional wristbands can be purchased for $5 each.

These rates are PRE-PAID in full by Friday, October 6, 2006. The deadline to make online advance camping reservations is Friday, September 29, 2006. All online advance camping reservations must be paid in full by Friday, October 6, 2006. Reservations are not guaranteed until you have received a reservation confirmation receipt. An additional fee of $10 will be applied to all walk-up camping reservations. Walk-up camping reservations will be available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 12:00 P.M. on Friday, October 13, 2006. Green Dickson Park will not open for camping until 2:00 P.M. on Friday, October 13, 2006.
Please let us know in advance when making reservations for more than one group, or if you need handicap access, so that we can make arrangements to accommodate your needs.

PAYMENTS
All payments must be made with a money order or cashiers check. Credit cards, cash, personal checks or company checks will NOT be accepted. Please make money order or cashiers checks payable to Shiner Bocktoberfest. Complete payment must be received by Friday, October 6, 2006. Reservations are not guaranteed until you have received a reservation confirmation receipt. Once payment has been received, a reservation confirmation will be emailed along with an Emergency Contact & Affidavit of Liability Form. Please bring this confirmation along with your completed Emergency Contact & Affidavit of Liability Form to expedite your check-in.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Green Dickson Park will open for camping on Friday, October 13, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. and close on Sunday, October 15, 2006 at 12:00 P.M. (noon). All campers must leave by 12:00 P.M. (noon) on Sunday, October 15, 2006. Walk-up reservations will start being accepted at 12:00 P.M. (noon) on Friday, October 13, 2006.

At check-in, you will be required to show proper identification, proof of Shiner Bocktoberfest concert ticket purchase (hard tickets or ticket confirmation receipt) for each person in your party and fill out an Emergency Contact & Affidavit of Liability Form. To ensure a much quicker check-in, please have these items ready and filled out prior to your arrival. At check-in, each camping site will be assigned a camping site #, issued vehicle parking pass(es) as well as camping wristbands for all campers (maximum of six (6) persons per site.) Camping wristbands (one (1) for each camper) must be worn by each camper at all times. You must have your wristband for re-entry to the campground. Wristbands will not give you access into the Shiner Bocktoberfest concert. You must purchase tickets separately to attend the concert.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellations for paid sites made on or before Friday, October 6, 2006 may be charged a processing fee of $15. No refunds will be made after Saturday, October 7, 2006 for any reason. Shiner Bocktoberfest is a rain or shine event. NO REFUNDS will be made upon entry to campgrounds, even if you leave early. NO EXCEPTIONS.
